Webzip Studio is the data controller for personal data collected via webzip.studio. Contact: privacy@webzip.studio.
2. Data We Collect
- Identity & contact data: name, email address
- Payment data: processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) — we do not store card details
- Session data: your playground customizations (colors, text, locale preferences)
- Technical data: IP address, browser info, access logs
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
- Delivering your purchased website ZIP (performance of contract)
- Sending transactional emails — order confirmation, download link (contract)
- Fraud prevention and security (legitimate interest)
- Compliance with applicable laws (legal obligation)
4. Processors and Transfers
We share data only with processors needed to deliver the service: Lemon Squeezy (payments, USA), Vercel (hosting, USA), Neon (database, EU), Resend (email, EU), Cloudflare (CDN, USA). All processors maintain GDPR-equivalent safeguards or are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Order records: 10 years (commercial law obligations). Draft sessions: deleted 90 days after last activity. Account data: until account deletion request is processed.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
- GDPR (EU/EEA/UK): Articles 15–22 apply in full. You may contact your national data protection authority.
- CCPA (California): You have the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal data.
