1. Service Description
Webzip Studio is a website builder platform that lets users select, customize, and download ready-made website templates as a ZIP archive or as a hosted subdomain.
2. Your Content Is Yours
We claim no rights over your designs. Any website you build, customize, and download via Webzip Studio is entirely your property. You may host it anywhere, modify it however you like, and publish it without restriction. We will never lock you in.
3. Template License
Each purchased template comes with a personal, non-transferable license for use in one project, including commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute the raw template files to third parties.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Once you have successfully downloaded a ZIP, refunds are not issued. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact legal@webzip.studio within 14 days.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Webzip Studio to:
- Create or distribute unlawful content
- Infringe any intellectual property right of a third party
- Distribute malware, spam, or phishing material
- Attempt to circumvent security or access controls
6. Limitation of Liability
Webzip Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform. Upon termination: (a) your access to the admin panel and hosted sites ends immediately; (b) downloaded source code remains yours — it is not affected by termination; (c) we retain order records for legal and accounting purposes for 7 years; (d) any prepaid fees for unused services are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the chosen jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible before any formal proceedings.
